They say that God only takes the best and this is certainly true, a son, brother, uncle, dad,cousin and friend was taken on Friday 12th June 2009. Ricky has battled with MS for a long time and his body just couldn't keep fighting anymore and he is now in heaven with the angels watching over us all.

2011 what a year
Well brother,
2011 is nearly over and another year has passed without you here. Not a day goes by without you being in our thoughts or we talk about you. I've had an amazing year watching my son grow, getting engaged and I'm so looking forward to 2012. Just wish I could see you hold baby Sammy but to know you watch over him brings me comfort.

Well rick 1st december again time just going so fast ive put the tree up that took all day pops put your special jingle bells up he does it every year its not xmas untill thats hanging up over 32 years old it is now but still looks good all the kids love it pops used pick them all up so they could make it jingle so it will now be baby sammy turn... every one is fine and send's there love to you ,not long untill baby sam's 1st birthday , he is a little darling he makes me laugh , me pops are busy sorting perzzie for xmas got lot to do as were going on holiday for xmas and new year looking forward to a nice sunny xmas holiday for two weeks ... used too lov our sking xmas holiday when we all went , was looking at those picture the other day seems not so long ago you mitch loved that holiday well son will say bye for now night night rick love

Two Years Today xx
This very time two years ago was the hardest day of my life getting that phone call. Nan decided to come and free you from your pain and take you with her and Grandad to live in a place where you could be the original Ricky C again.
Everyday passes and I think of you all the time, from looking at your pictures, videos and the conversations that we all have. Sam Jnr always looks at your picture on the wall and smiles and coo's at you- God I would love to see you hold him sooooo much but I can feel your presence around him always. Jordon's communion was lovely yesterday and again you were with us on such a special day.
The 12th June will always be known as a sad day the day we said goodbye to such a great man and brother but we will celebrate your life with all the wonderful memories you have left us with.
To know that you can see and hear everything brings great comfort and when you came through to us we know you are happy where you are and you understand.
I know you are going to be with all who loved you today Ricky.

your kaci angel 10th birthday
we are wishing your kaci angel a very happy 10th birthday son know you will be watching over her on her special day and always, can't believe were the years have gone only seems like yesterday since i watched her come into the world a very very special memory that will live with me for ever more, we wrote her card out and placed it along with her kaci bear teddy next to your rick bear as we always do ,visted your memorial garden this morning with some special flowers, well son every one here is fine not long till me and pops go of to kenya carrying out yet another dream so were all busy sorting our things mitch emma /kids had a nice time away tyler done his sats so has not long left untill he goes to secondary school all the kiddies are growing up so fast well rick we all wish you were here to share in days like today and all the other time's but we all know you are watching over us every day, thanks for your message the other week you never fail to make us all caroline emma leanne could not believe it when all thing were said you never fail to make us all laugh even now rick, i always new if i ever went to some thing like that you would come through even thou it was the first time for me, as am very happy knowing your around me always in all that i do , but when the meassage asking emma were's your black t-shirt was, then the message about pink rose's, and the name peter /norton /motorbikes we got you drift about it all lol and were all very happy to know your back to your happy old self up there ,

Hi Rickstar we know you have been watching over us today as we celabrated your pops birthday, he had a lovely few days he loved all his prezzies /cards and of course his cake , 3 yrs today since we all moved in to the new house he build , were has the time gone, well son we are all ok as you know , baby sammy jnr is getting so big lacey lou walking and talking the boys Tyler/ jordon are fine we took them both to cadburys world on easter sunday they loved it it reminded me of the time when me and jeano took you and mitch there does not seem all that long ago wish we could turn back time son and have safe in our life's again were you were free of pain back to that little lad of our's with his hope's and dreams a head of you , little did we and you know wot laid ahead , life is so special but can often be so crule ,but as you would say rick you enjoyed your life to the full when you were able to do so, so we have to be thank full for the lovely times we all had with you and the love you left us all with will ramain within our heart for ever more , knowing we have you as our very own special angel watching and guiding us through the good and the not so good times in our life's keeps us strong...
